L’œuvre est une métaphore du don d’organes dans le champ de l’art et des jardins.
Lors du don d’organes, les organes prélevés sur le donneur continuent d’exister à travers un receveur. Ils battent et drainent à l’intérieur d’un nouvel ensemble permettant la continuité de la vie.
L’acte chirurgical appelé « transplantation » est repris dans le concept artistique permettant de mettre en lien l’élément sculptural et l’ensemble vivant du jardin.
En découpant avec précision la matière sculpturale, l’œuvre met en avant le travail de l’équipe chirurgicale : les actes artistiques miment les étapes médicales d’une transplantation.
Ici, l’artiste extrait de la matière métallique, pour lui donner vie à travers une installation dans l’espace paysager. Onze symboles deviennent alors des éléments singuliers en étant transplantés dans le jardin, composé de matière organique et vivante.
La proposition artistique permet de découvrir le jardin en y flânant à la recherche des symboles colorés. Nous sommes dans la découverte et la surprise, dans un renouvellement permanent offrant de nouveaux points de vue sur le jardin et l’architecture.
This artwork is a metaphor for organ donation in the cultural and landscape domains.
Thanks to organ donation, the removed organs keep on existing through the recipient. They beat and drain inside a new ensemble allowing the continuity of life. The surgical act called « tranplantation » is depicted in the artistic concept that creates a link between the sculptural component and the garden itself.
By cutting out precisely the sculptural material, the artwork highlights the surgical team’s work : the artistic actions imitate the medical steps of a transplantation.
Here, the artist extracts some metallic material to give it life through its transplantation in the landscape. These 11 symbols become singular elements by being transplanted in the living and organic garden.
The artistic proposition offers the opportunity to walk through the garden, looking for colored symbols. The spectators are surprised and can discover, in a permanent renewal, points of view of the garden and of architecture work.
